Kevin sold it! With all the lots for sale in Cape Coral I thought I would wait months, but Kevin sold it in a month and for a great price. We had lots of mail offers for less than 25% of what we put in our pocket. And the cherry on top, the title company sent the closing to us, no mailing back and forth, trying to figure the paper work out alone, and searching for a notary. All done in our home. Thanks Kevin

Kevin is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. The contract for the sale of the building lot was signed and sold within a month for full price. It was so quick. The building lot was average, as was the price. His experience allows Kevin to use his channels and contacts to get results. He is working hard and… smart. Very easy to communicate. Highly recommended!

Whew, the Fricanos are God sent!!! John and Janelle made a very difficult and long real estate transaction effortless with their knowledge, attention to detail, and helpfulness. They were very attentive, hard working, friendly and funny. Their expertise is second to none. I really cannot say enough good things about them. John went above and beyond, he really did so much for us and we are eternally grateful.
